At AyeSee Beauty, every order is prepared with care and intention. We believe the way your products arrive should feel just as thoughtful as the ritual you create when using them.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because many of our products are crafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

AyeSee Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available. We are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future — stay tuned.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
AyeSee Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, AyeSee Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any approved returns or replacements related to shipping issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
